    hi guys,
    indesit dryer.

customer says that she presses on/start on the dryer and the switch will not stay in and the dryer will not start unless the button is not held in.I presume these dryers work on the same principle as the old hpt/creda condensor dryers, where there is a relay on board some where that will keep machine working until the power is interupted ie. the door opened.
So i take it when she says the button will not stay in is correct,it’s just the relay that is faulty.
    can any one confirm?
    thanks john

Its a small pcb relay behind the console usual the culprit, dead easy to replace, not got part n/o to hand at the minute i’ll dig it out later.
