What is it with Samsung? Why? when you try to order parts has the part number changed? Have they realised that many of their parts aren’t working and sourced new suppliers or what? Why are so many Samsung appliances now being offered at much reduced prices i.e. HALF Price?

They’re Korean and a bit “odd”? :snigger:

The Asian market is totally different to the European one in aftersales and yet they seem to apply their protocols to our market.
