This is the second fridge freezer this make I have had, bought 1st one in Nov 04 broke down in Dec04 replaced in Feb 05. Woke up in Feb 06 to find all food defrosted, switched it off cleaned it out put it back on working fine, engineer called from comet said no problems he tested it and said it could not find a fault. Aug 06 water dispenser not working after a couple of days began to work again. and then came this rattling noise kept us up most of the night eventually came down at 4am and switched the fridge freezer off. Put it back on at 7am and haven’t heard a noise yet.ENGINEER CALLED DUE TO COME OUT ON WEDNESDAY AS YOU HAVE A TWO YEAR GUARENTEE FROM SAMSUNG ON THESE FRIDGE FREEZER. Oh no fridge gone altogether now nothing at all im really annoyed, recieved a phone call to say that engineer can’t come Wed will be next Tues before they come out, not very happy so did a bit of shouting and managed to get one out Saturday.Been in touch with trading standards on my rights on getting my money back are going to send me some info on this and what I can do will keep u all posted.
