I have a KGE3301GB/05 (FD 7803) approx 8 years old. The cooler temp display has suddenly started displaying ’00’ although temp is set to 02. The fridge appears to be working fine. Manual indicates potential error displays of ‘–‘ and ‘EE’ but not ’00’. I’ve trawled the forum and only come up with a load of ‘E2’ errors – can anyone advise? is this another PCB fault?

    any help appreciated

    Hi
Have you tried turning off for 5 mins and then switch back on?

    HI Greg

just tried that and seems to have sorted it out – is that just a ‘reboot’ to clear it’s head, or do you reckon it’s the start of anything more significant?

    thanks!!

Well it could be just a glitch, at the end of the day its electronic and they can be prone to surges/spikes etc.
If that fault re-occurs I would imagine you will be looking at new PCB module p/no 356786 around the £100 mark.
