    :rolls: Could anyone help me as my vax has stopped expelling clean water when i go to clean carpet(s) and i have checked tubes to see if blocked or twisted so is there anything else i can check. 🙁

    Hi, if it has a pump switch on it, it will more than likely be a faulty pump, and will need replacing.

    yeah it does and doesn’t sound too great so vax are coming to get it and will have it fixed within 72 hours they said hopefully………..cheers
