bosch wft2800 washer dryer

machine not takeing soap, different dis to the max type. hot valve is directly opposite the soap comp but doesnt seem to be called on 40 or 60 degree wash (didnt try the 95) a slow trickle runs in from cold at the back of the dis which does fill the machine after about 30 secs. rinse pressure filles into the tray ok . have I got a dodgy four way valve that has somehow gone low pressure that should be running higher pressure on fill thus washing in the soap via a air gap water way or is the hot valve ment to work on lower pressure? I was tight for time and would have liked to done more tests but you guys will know!

p.s. at nearly 70 quid a four way valve is a gamble just to try!
