I can’t get my oven to work

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently moved into a new flat with a built-in Hygena Turbo De Luxe oven. However, it doesn’t seem to turn on. A friend suggested I might need to set the timer somehow, but I can’t seem to do this either (see below). I would really appreciate some advice on what might be the problem.

Background:
In addition to the cooking mode and temperature dials it also has what looks like a manual timer with two dials, one of which is missing, but seems only to go in and out, and the other turns around, but neither of them seem to change the timer.
