This job came through from repairs@ , e-mail describes it as “left hand conventional oven element” :?.

From memory left side is normal fan assisted oven with circular heating element , a part number for this element would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

If this is the Rosieres clone ie: gas hob and cast iron griddle range cooker with twin ovens – I have used an Ariston fan element Connect part no. ELE4587 – fits a treat. Rosieres is part of GIAS group so spares availability is not too bad. But prepare yourself for the prices!!!! 😯 😯

    Hope that helps!!

Yeah Steve, the 2040DB and DBUK where the original ones I saw (IIRC) about 15 years ago so it’s a fair age and pretty standard fare really, nothing hard about them at all Bryan, they’re just big that’s all. Again, from memory, I recall that you can do all the elements from teh front on those too so it’s a pretty easy job all things considered.

If you do have to move it lift the griddle off first, trying to avoid a hernia while you do that. 😉 😆

If it’s the fan element then I think Candy where about £55 plus vat for one but you can use an “alternative” easily as Steve says. For the grill and oven elements you’re pretty much stuffed and looking at silly money from Candy for them, if they can find the part number.

Make sure you charge accordingly though. 😉

Thanks for that 😀 , my memory was that a 3 turn Zanussi element does the job but I`ve got most of the common elements on the van anyway.

Yes Ken , priced accordingly , within reason of course :).
