ParticipantHiyas,
Came across one of these Indepoint/Hotperloni 😛 machines today.
During wash or rinse it had been flashing the prewash light. Figured from the error codes that this was a stuck pressure switch.
Cleaned pressure bits and tried machine.
On program E it will fill and drum rotates and it appears to work ok.
On F it will partially fill and then just sit there. No error codes, nothing.
Drains and spins ok.
Gut feeling is the module being faulty but would like some help with this one.
Is there a test procedure for the machine? Can the last error code be read? And finally, anyone got an idea as to what’s wrong with this beast? Thanks, in advance, for the help.
Brian 😀

Have you checked the fill valves, it sounds more like an open circuit solenoid, these machines pre fill on one valve to prime the sump then sw over to continue filling, it will sit for ever if o/circuit. ps Its the option lights that determine what error code is shown.

Ta for the info and for the “ps” 😀 Didn’t notice any lights on the options buttons.
I’ll take a chance and order up fill valves and see how it goes.
Have to ask though, why was the pre-rinse light flashing during wash and rinse?Brian

Nice one Johnny. Went back today, replaced the cold valves and machine appears to be working ok. Thanks for that. Couldn’t quite figure out why some programs would work ok though 😕
