I’ve been out to look at the above washing machine for an old lady.
Its the version with no display screen but LED’s. Whatever you try and do the end light starts flashing and beeping.
I’ve put it into diagnostic but when you turn the dial to test the verious functions nothing happens. It just lights up all the light as though you are in diagnostic but nothing else.
I dont know if this has anything to do with it or not but the door never seems to lock, it never clicks. Is it the door lock or does it sound like a pcb fault to you.Thanks for your help guys.

I`d try a new interlock first but if no joy you will have to inspect the module for signs of damage and sometimes you can repair the blown tracks.

Thanks for your help Bryan. Just ordered a door lock and will have a go with it tommorrow. It used to happen with the older Zanussi washers, so its got a good chance.

if the drain pump goes down it wont do anything can also take out the board. get into diagnostic position ten read light flashes ….end 2 start/pause 1? drain pump!

Went back out to this machine yesterday with a door lock, but to no avail. I ran the diagnostic but it doesnt do anything when in this position. Everytime you turn the programmer to test a different function it just runs through all its light in the same sequence but doesnt lock the door or do anything.
I looked at the PCB but no obvious sign of damage. No blown tracks etc.Have told the lady i’m pretty sure its the PCB and priced accordingly.

Just been to a zwx 1605 doing the same thing it just beeps 5 times with the end light flashing. fitted new board, front board and door interlock beep beep beep beep beep . If you managed a fix please let me know. Cheers Johnnyboy

Hi the end light flashes to give you the 1st figure of the code, the start/pause flashes at same time to give the second, but five flashes is code E50 something! which is motor related. press sart/pause & stop/skip buttons together for about 2 secs and read code, but the only thing left is motor or wiring
