Hi,
Just been out to an Indesit washing machine with a fault code flashing 3 times (NTC Short/open circuit). I’ve been stupid but i’ve lost the peice of paper with the model number on. It was a washer dryer, 3 years old, and i could swear it was WD20, but cant find that model no. I really need to know the part number if possible and also from your experience is it usually the NTC that fails or is it a pcb fault. I’ve never had this fualt code before.
If anybody could give me some help it would be greatly appreciated.

Indesit do not have a WD20 listed besides with Indesit as you probably know it is also important to establish the Serial No. and well as the full Model no. Phoning your customer or calling back on the job is the only way to resolve this properly.
Or order a few different Indesit NTC’s and go back armed with them? 😕

Had a Hotpoint BWD12 built in washer dryer (indesit made) 3 flashes and wouldnt spin or wash – Wash thermistor 600 ohms. niether open or short but certainly not right.
Struggling for parts and customer desperate fitted a hotpoint 160430 thermistor fitted a treat and works perfect.
I will go back with correct one Saturday but it certainly has got him sorted and proves the faulty component.
