    i have already spoken to Graham regarding some mods on the double ovens, but i need to speak directly to caple technical if at all possible.

    Maurice Lay import the brand Bob, as far as I am aware Graham is the technical dept. About as far as you could go is speak to the actual manufacturer, probably in Italy, probably Menenghetti.

    More on Caple here, its amazing what you can find out on this site. 😉
