Hi there,
Just cleaned out my freezer and turned it on, and heard a small pop.
Basically the only damage done is to the small electronic control module which sits in the top of the freezer under a grey cover.
Somehow water got inside there and caused a short.
I have found a site that sells the replacement module, but they want £75 for it, yea right, its only small with some simple components on it.
If I could see where the tracks on the board where then i could resolder it with some thin wire, and order the components as they are all marked, but some of the tracks burnt out badly and cant see where they where.
Anyone got a spare or has a diagram of this board?
Any help or ideas are very much appreciated.

Have been trying to figure that out for a while, not come up with any good answers.

the app6403 had a batch that the insulation was poor which allowed water to gain excess to pcb container.
You will find that if this was the case by pulling the unit out of the kitchen the top will be water soaked or black mould marks on it.
If thats the case dont bother fitted new pcb it will fail again.
