You are kidding right Madrat 😆
The Bosch WAE28162 is around the £300 mark with 2 year parts and labour.

What I mean is Beko appliances have quite a good reputation but if you have £300 to play with, I know which avenue I would pursue. 😀

Hi dbd
The best guarantee in the price range would be the Bosh with two years.
Miele have the best by far a full ten year on the top range price £800, down to the mid range £650 circa for five years and the base range with a price tag of £525 comes with three years.
Myself at home I have Bosch 😉

Thanx to penguin & Don.
Got the Bosch WAE24162 , which seemed to have a slighlty slower spin rate.
Got in currys , bloke told me it was only 1 year garuantee , but I bought it anyway.
Imagine my delight when I saw the 2 yr free on the front 😀 .Lovely , that gives me 2 yrs to stow £10 / mth in a savings account and if it should go wrong after that I have the money.
SELF INSURANCE , the only way imho. 8)
Thanx once again chaps.
£249 by the way.

With control knob at the 12 o clock position, turn knob one click to the right
and then press “rpm”, keeping rpm pressed, turn knob yet again one click to the right and then release “rpm” button. Audible signal should be OFF now 😉Greg

Be sure to send off the Guarantee Registration Card, or else the second year might not be applied to your machine!

There is a phone number on the front of the machine that says to phone to ‘activate’ your 2 yr G’tee.
Tried yesterday , system down – classic call centre – phone back tuesday. One final Q’ gang.
Do you have any tips for keeping the machine in good order over its lifetime?
