    Hi,

    The plastic handle of the oven door on our Neff oven has snapped which means that it is very difficult to open and close the oven door.

    Is it possible to get just to get the door handle parts or do I need a whole new door?

    Its a Neff 1031-1 built in oven in a lovely brown colour.

    According to the sticker on the manual the details are:

    Model: GB-1031.11 HCSG

    E-Nr: 195.302 527

    FD: 6610

    Can anyone help?

    Yep, I can order the handle for you.

    It’s not cheap mind at £48.19 inc VAT and carriage 😯

    Sorry, one more thing 😳 – the wife has just pointed out that the door seal for the above oven needs replacing too – can I get a price on this as well.
