LG w/m error code

    Customer rang saying it was showing BE. This doesnt show up in the known error code list.Any help please it might save a wasted journey.

    Which model is it, it may differ from the ones in the error codes list ? 😉

    Customer probably said PE = PRESSURE SWITCH FAULT, as sometimes Ps and Bs over phone can get confused 😀

    Rang the customer back who said it was DE not BE -this seems to be an interlock problem.How often do we get the wrong info from a phonecall?Thanks for the feedback.
