zanussi fla1001w headache

This machine is giving me a headache. You set it to a 40 wash it gets to temperature, timer clicks one position and it will stay there washing forever I have changed timer,thermostat and checked everything in sight. Can anyone help?

if its got a seperate lower board have a look at it see if its burnt anywhere cheers phil
