    Customer phoned in despair with a 4-day old Servis M9505 WD, had a power cut (mid-wash I guess) , now all indicator lights flashing and will not start. (Servis have broken 2 appts with her in 3 days, Currys, the retailer don’t want to know. No wonder guys like us keep busy!)

    Is there a reset code for the board? Any other suggestions?

    Hi

    Set program knob to “OFF” position and switch machine on and wait a few seconds this should reset module.If not what ever caused power cut may have damaged module.
