Hanseatic WD 1200 L : no action on motor

Hi all,

The owner says that he just installed and put it to work , the machine takes the water needed but the motor does not work. He was very surprised because he receive the machine from a friend, who show him how it works just yesterday! 😕
I found inside the machine the box of the control module opened, with the module hanged inside in the machine and with the triac radiator in perfect contact with the metal body of the machine. 😉
Because of this, the resistors: R25=4,7Kohms and R27=10Kohms -from the tacho circuit on the pcb- were burned. 8)
I replace the resistors and put the module inside the box, in the original position.
Apearently the transport of the machine it was quite an adventure… 😀
