    HI, I have a Whirpool AWZ 8812 dryer and the red filter warning light comes on everytime I use it. I have taken out the filter, checked it, it is clean, and put it back in again. But the warning light is still coming on. Any ideas what the problem is please.

    You may have a faulty microswitch or a sticking floater
