I recently had a new kitchen fitted, inc. the above appliance. This week I noticed moisture has been builiding up and seeping under the laminate flooring. My builder can find no leaks. Could it be condensation-related? Should one run the unit with the decor door closed or open? Also, the final rinse is HOT, is this correct (I’ve always been used to a cool rinse). And the drier seems to heat up the clothes but they are still damp when they come out. Any help will be appreciated as we’re flummoxed and can’t report the unit as faulty, until we can identify a specific fault(!!!)

    Many thanks

Also, any idea which hose connector should connect to the cold tap, left or right (instruction manual does not say)

Are the fill valves on the back of the machine coloured red or blue? Hoses may have to be detached to see. Dont forget to turn off the hot and cold valves on your house plumbing first. Also unplug machine for safety.
