    hello lads
right i have a wk767 in my workshop for a repair,
the lady had another firm out a few weeks ago to look at it for being noisy they took some piece of a crisp packet out of the fan and that cured her fault but since then she has had no water collected in the water bucket and no leaks on her floor but all her clothes are drying fine, she also believes although she was not sure that the air is more moist when the dryer is on now although she admits she may be imagining that.
i have had it on test two full cycles now and no water does appear in the bucket, if i fill the resevoir at the bottom then water will pump up fine, it is as if water just will not condense in the dryer i have checked the fan that is fine and cant find anything obvious, as far as i am aware everything seems fine and the lady is just lucky enough to be in possesion of a magic dryer 😯
any ideas on this would be great ta in advance

Not sure if it is the same model of drier but went to a whight knight some time ago for similar fault only this one eventually filled the fan chamber and opperated heater TOC.. on that perticular model the resevior was on the base of machine and the drain off holes were clogged with gunge.. maybe the gunge was disturbed moving machine and blocked holes?.. there again this might not be like the model you are having probs with but might help.. 😉

the water container is at the top and if i fill the resevoir at the base with a jug through the condensor unit it will work fine it drys fine just no water in the top bucket if left to its own devices,or in the resevoir got me stumped first condensor to drink its own water maybe??
