    hi there,

    not sure if anyone can help. I bought a new Hoover HNF7127 which was delivered today but it seems to have a problem.

    I have been through the set up process and noticed that when I set the dial to rinse (as suggested in “testing the installation”), the washing machine fills with water then stops. Immediately the Start and Delay Start light commence flashing twice approx every 15 seconds? After that, it does nothing else. In the manual it explains that there will be a tumbling action but this has not happened.

    I also tried to do the programme to clean the drum as suggested. “select the Colourfast 90degC programme and run for complete cycle”. After the cycle there was a load of soap powder and water at the bottom of the drum.

    I have checked the waste and supply pipe and they are fine.

    Can anyone help?
