    hello i have a diplomat adp8322 dishwasher. the flap that contains the tablet is not opening during the cycle, i would be very grateful with any advice, thanks Simon

    Release solenoid failure is the usual one – replacement dispenser only solution. P/no 4812 418 68155; an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.

    Power off, if you intend to fit this yourself.

    i forget to ask you if it is difficult to change the solenoid, i’ve had a reply with regards price which is fine but i have to change the whole dispensor assembly which is fine as well, is it staright forward, thanks alot, Simon

    Beware once the door is apart the edges are razor razor sharp.

    I can vouch for that, I have just replaced the pump, and my fingers were shredded to bits.
