ParticipantBeen to this one and cant seem to get dispenser to open. Mains suppressor has exploded and customer complaint is that mechanical timer sticks until moved on. Heats/drains/ fills. Are there electronics in this one as well that may have been ko’d? or is it just the solenoid O/C causing the timer to stick.
Masterpart dont seem to list the parts for dishwashers so where could i get them from and what is costof suppressor/soap dispenser?Questions questions :rolls:

Great The suppressor looks like it has to come from Italy. It is one of the inch long ones. Any others that may fit?

Hi Simon
I shouldn’t worry too much about the supressor, after all its only to make the appliance fit into regulation and all other new appliances have their own mains supression anyway so shouldn’t be a problem 😉Greg

Paul has now put it in the shop. I know what you mean Greg but would rather be on the safe side.

After further diagnosis mechanical timer seems to hold for a long time two clicks after main wash heating cycle.no whirring heardfrom timer but possibly a hum. Heats get hot timer holds till temp reached then moves on 2 clicks only. left to cust to call when finished. Any ideas?

looking at timer info it heats to 45 then washes then heats to 65 or 55.
Is this the stat in the door and are they a common failure?
45 55 65 and 85 shown on diagram but does the door stat do the 45 55 65 in one pod?Regards
