    HI,
    GOT A CUSTOMER WITH A HOTPOINT F/FREE HOTPOINT FF90 WITH THE FREZZER READING -18 BUT THE FRIDGE READING +21, COULD IT BE JUST THE THERMISTORS? HAD A QUICK LOOK ON CONNECTIONS AND UNLESS IM MISSING SOMETHING I COULDNT SEE THEM. AS I ONLY HAD LITTLE TIME ON THE FIRST VISIT I DIDNT TAKE OF THE BACK PANEL TO SEE IF IT HAS THE GREEN AND YELLOW THERMISTORS, HAVE THEY CHANGED THE DESIGN?? OR IS THERE ANOTHER COMMON FAULT?
    ANY HELP MOST APPRECIATED,

    Probably the evaporator thermistor (2601683) but most of the time it’s worth replacing the freezer one while you’re in there (2600283).

    Check the fan motor is running (or not as the case may be) 😉
