    My AEG Competence B2190-1-M oven has stopped heating up. The light and the fan still work but it no longer heats up. The grill is still working.

    Is it the element? Can I buy one on Shop@? Where about is it located.

    Could you post the product code (PNC) please from the rating plate 🙂

    It does sound like the element has failed 😉

    Fan oven element is p/no 3192085-10/2. EL14106 is a suitable alternative. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering, if you are sure that this is what is required.

    Could you give me guidance on the position of the offending item. Is it in the back, top or side and do I access it from inside or out.

    Remove inner rear panel – should be pretty self-explanatory from there.
