    After checking heater element and thermostat and checking manuel reset switch water still fails to heat. Anybody got any ideas.

    Either insufficient water and/or circulation,faulty circuit board or broken wire/s in door loom.

    after looking for problem decided circuit board at fault so decided to scrap machine and buy new dish washer.
