    fills or pumps for about 2 seconds on any part of program and then stops.
    i have not looked at the machine yet but has anyone got any info before i go to the customer.

    Nah! The model number would help as the number you have given is wrong? But Rule No1: never trust what a customer says on the phone, they haven’t a clue. That’s why they called you in anyway….! 😉

    Based on the scant info so far?…..Not filling? Tap turned off? Valve O/circuit? Dodgy door lock? :con:

    aqc101tr must be the model (that ones in the list)
