    A customer has a Hoover HNL 2136 washing machine but the ‘quick wash’ button in a bank of about five refuses to work. This takes off about half an hour according to her. If you put the machine on pause they all light up so I know its not just the neon but can I find one!!!
    Any guide will help, thanks.

    You must remember that “Quick Wash” will only be accepted as a programme option only on certain programmes and not all. (The user guide should explain which ones they are?)
