😥 Could anyone help me as my vax has stopped expelling clean water when I turn it on. I have checked the tubes to see if blocked or twisted. When I press the water switch I can hear a sound so I think the pump is working. In fact if I press the outlet valve with a thin screwdriver I can feel air coming out but there is no water. Can anyone tell me how to take the VAX apart to see if a tube has come off? Thanks Dave

Duplicate post deleted – we’ve seen it. The cloven hooved one will no doubt spot this on Monday and be able to solve your problem.

It will 99.9{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} be a faulty pump, depending on the actual model, and the type of pump fitted approx cost £25 for pump.

    Indeed 😀

But if the pump is definatly running, then look for blockages.

Access into the machine starts with the handle on top. Power off first of course.

Thanks for all your help so far but……………….
I’m stumped at the first hurdle
I managed to get the handle cover off where the wire goes in by undoing one screw. I undid another screw on top of the handle and took the knob off the variable speed control but the handle is not loose.
    Are there hidden screws?
