Sorry to move you Bravo – totally the wrong place for your post.

I take it you mean Hoover 1100? Unfortunately, there were literally hundreds of the blighters, so we will need the model number before we can get anywhere with this one. Back panel of the machine, down at floor level, there will be a black label with a number starting “A3—“. That’s the info we need.
