havn`t come across this fault before…….. when advance to fast spin “A” it does one of the following, (1) stops on “A” for about four mins with no pump, then trips thro to off, (2) when it advances to “A” it immediately trips to off, (3) it works ok !
I have tested the pump by repetedly turning it on and off, and it dosn`t jam as they usualy do when faulty, and it is not running hot. I suspect fault (1) is the module sensing a time out on pump and aborting the programme, timer or module ??? anyone seen this one ?

Timer – got to be – the pump is actually switched by a triac on the board, but needs the signal from the timer to initiate that part of the programme – no signal, no pump. I have occasionally (honest 😀 ) smacked the timer with a plastic handled screwdiver and had the pump cut in.

SEME stock it and it’s quite cheap (can’t find disc ATM).

    Regards,
    Chris.
