The above machine sticks on the spin and noticed the timer motor runs intermittently.
Does anyone know if the motor is supposed to run continuously or is it timed in some way.
I also noticed that the main motor did its reverse action prior to spin with the timer motor unclipped from the timer so my guess is that there is a chip somewhere (couldn’t see it) supplying the TM.
I quoted for a timer on this machine (just out of warranty) she was not a happy bunny.
Anyone come across this before or got any advice.
    Regards Tony

Had loads of timer faults on this whole range, most just advance on there own.Motor with earth faults is another favourite and just to confuse you the module is another common one to fail.
If its just out of warranty the bearing are not going to be far behind that lot.Assuming the tubs weight bolts dont shear off!
    Oh yes madam,quality m/c this.Just what you’d expect for £159

Thanks Pinky, I came to the conclusion that Beko were not a subsidiary of Miele but do you know if the timer motor is supposed to run continuously?
