KeymasterI really should get a life.
Today I managed to reach new depths of sadness by writing a few articles in Word and, the new version I’m using shows how many words you’ve typed in the document. The sad bit is that, in total, it’s over 4000 words.
Anyways, a few new articles up can you guys have a look and see if there’s any glaring cockups for me please?

I will be writing more now the new server is imminent as, frankly, the chains are now off and I can be let loose with lots of space to expand the information on UKW.
Obviously you will see the slant in these articles towards, “if you don’t have a clue, call a pro” but by the same token giving a little guidance or gentle shove towards buying the bits for us. I have to look after Dave’s pension plan, let’s leave it at that.
I am also only too aware that these as well as other articles desperately need images as well, if any of you can help there I would appreciate it, after all you gusy will likely see more stuff blown up and generally destroyed than I do these days.
Now all I have to do is get some decent hacksaw blades for those internal shots. π

Hotpoint brushes were made very, very easy to change as the motor was mounted at the top,so you only had to take the lid off them to change the carbons and Hoover, even though the motor was slung underneath the outer tank, was still not exactly a challenge to

Make sure that these are not raised (Hotpointβs are famous for that) and that they appear undamaged. Generally you will notice that they appear to be more worn…………

Preperation
Replacing the bearing or bearings in a washer is one of those jobs that you really need to prepare for. Have all the tools that you will need to hand, have a good look at what you’re about to set off doing and how you’re going to do it and geet ready. Make sure that you have the machine totally disconnected from power and water for this job and ensure that you have some old towels or suchlike to hand.

Also ensure that you have ALL the spare parts that you are likely to need to hand as the last thing you want is to stop half way through the job. You also do not want to not replace something you should.
Makes no sense the sentence in bold.
