on sunday night i ordered another i.s.e. machine via the web site :tup: first thing monday dave quinn phoned me to say that it was received,and the machines would be delivered on tuesday 😀 but not by the normal delivery people (cda).(some probs about cost etc.).so i got a call later on monday from kev in rotherham,trying to arrange delivery 8) this morning i got a call from sean in anglesey,saying kev had to go to london,so he would deliver my machines this afternoon at 4pm. 😀 so sean drove a 500 mile round trip to deliver my machines 8) 8) 8) the detemination and dedication you guys have shown,to drive this project on(as well as ken,dave etc..) fills me with admiration . so if there is anyone out there who has doubts about this project , dont ❗ this project will succeed 😉 THANKS GUYS.

We do try our level best you know. As we promised, we try our very best to support the people that support us and we’re prepared to go a fair ways to make sure that happens. I’m not going to sit here and say that we always get it right, we don’t. We’re only human and we make mistakes like anyone else does.
But I can promise you we’ll do anything in our power to support and help the agents and sellers of ISE. That mentality runs from top to bottom, I, Kevin, Sean and John ensure that it does. If that means we have to drive 500 miles, then it means we have to drive 500 miles.
I guess, whilst we regard doing things like this as just suporting the agents and ensuring that they have the backup they deserve, it could be viewed as going too far by some. We don’t think it is.
The co-operation and help that we get from you guys is repaid as much as we can, as often as we can do it. You all know the score, we’re quite open and honest about the whole venture and I think that’s a fantastic positive for us all.
This time though hats off to Sean, he’s a star, he really is, even if he is known in UKW as STFU Sean. 😉
David in the office is a total star as well, absolutely dedicated to helping you guys and customers. What more can I say?
I cannot tell you or even express the devotion, dedication and just sheer bloody-mindedness of all the people involved in ISE that want to see it succeed and work their socks off daily to make sure that will happen.
But for me, John, Sean, Dave and Kevin especially, there’s a lot of passion behind ISE. We pour everything into it and we will continue to do so.
I am really pleased that this was a result for you, I hope it keeps on being a result and if we can do anything to help, anything at all, we’re only a phone or email call away.

Well what can I say?
Kevin had to come down from Rotherham for a meeting in Colchester, Essex this week. That also is a very long run.
I phoned him on the day he was in Essex and said we would meet up for a beer. Now this day, my mother in law was down from Yarmouth and we DO NOT GET ON!!!! 👿 👿 👿 👿Kevin, what happened? 😯
No phone call and no beer.
I had to talk to her all night and nearly sold her an ISE washing machine for £800 just for the inconveinience for turning up at my house.
Its a good job Yarmouth is just alittle out of my way 😈Andy G.

The mother in law will not be down for a while, as I made my views quite plane and simple. She said she will let me know about the ISE machine next week as I eventually told her the real price, so it looks like I might have sold the fourth machine BUT we will not be servicing this one.
Who covers Kessingland, Yarmouth?
