Hi All,
We’ve got in bed with Indesit UK and are finding the whole administration side more than a tad confusing! 😳
Is there any one else out there who did the same and found an easier way of reconciling the invoices against jobs and parts used other than think of a number, double it, forget it then use a pin? 😕 (Would you believe the accounts dept were unable to help?! 😮 )
Were you able to confirm that the stock you paid for was what you actually received?!!
Also, is anyone aware how to look back beyond 2 weeks using the Emit to confirm previous job details so that we might be able to contest ‘recalls’?
We’re in ‘it’ now :rolls: so I don’t wanna aggravate the situation by falling out with Indesit, would just like some advice if any available.Cheers people.
Best regards All.

😈 Bit late for a reply……but can’t resist!…..The best advice I can offer is get a bigger bed & put the biggest distance possible between your business & that of indesit (Preferably a different bedroom!).
we suffered there ridiculous system for a year & finaly gave up when they credited our bank account with seventeen thousand pounds which they didn’t owe us……….And then had the nerve to ask for it BACK.

I thought it was an ex-gracia payment to recoup our losses.
We kept it to one side in another bank account as I knew they would come knocking one day. Not only that I didn’t fancy a visit by those with violin cases.
A few weeks later, there was a panic phone call, they wanted it back, and to add insult to injury with interest.
I paid it back electronically, but regards the interest, I suggested “Salire Montare Bicicletta”.
