Got a Whirlpool DWF415S (854541515760) dishwasher, original fault code was apparently for the NTC which I have replaced but hasn’t resolved the problem. Now the machine drains, fills and circulates but only in irratic pulses, simultaneous with green LED as it flashes on,off,on,off etc.. Any ideas on this one?

Sounds like the pressure switch is gunged up.Some times if you take it out and clean it will be ok.Otherwise a new switch is req. pt 481227128407

Does this pulsing only occur when it’s trying to circulate the water?
If it’s an askoll pump then this is likely to be the problem. You get similar symptoms when the base is flooded and water gets onto the askoll motor connectors.

if the led is flashing with the pulsing of pump etc it sounds like an electrical supply being interupted, is the plug in properly, have you accidently dislodged any plugs on pcb while fitting the ntc.

Thanks for helps gentlemen. LED flashes on/off as soon as appliance is turned on. I’ll check out the pressure switch and the askoll motor connections too, since the base was flooded initially. Thanks again. 😉
