    Hi,
I’ve got a Bosch Hob (E-NR NET632CEU /04) where the ignition only works for one or two pushs at a time. Any more than that and nothing happens. The spark doesn’t appear to be as powerful/loud as it used to be either. If you wait a few minutes you can get it to work again but only for maybe one or two sparks.

    Any ideas ❓

Remove the burner caps and carefully clean around the sparker to remove any debris and to ensure a good spark contact.

Do take care not to damage the ceramic sparker (they break very easily)

DO ISOLATE FROM POWER BEFORE DOING SO FIRST THOUGH :zap:

If that doesn’t solve the problem you will need to contact a CORGI registered repairer to fix it for you.(see link below to see if there’s one in your area?)

Thanks for reply – So whats likely to be wrong with it ? Have cleaned it but as its same for all four burners didn’t think that was going to make much difference.

    Hi Kev

Its more likely going to be an ignition system fault, however as Martin said you will need a gas qualified engineer as his advice didn’t cure 😀
