Isolated cooker in order to change defective bulb, replaced the glass cover.
Switched back on and now the main oven is not working – no light no fan, nothing! Top oven / grill are still working.
I therefore assume that the main fuse is okay but somethign internal has blown??
Advice please!

Have you reset the clock, is it set to Auto instead of Manual? Not sure if the timer controls operate for both ovens on this model, worth a check though.

Yes, it was the clock.
This is exactly the sort of thing I love the internet for and why I recommend this forum to everyone.
Without the internet I may have resorted to calling out a repair person and if they had been unscrupulous could have ended up with a large bill!
