    Hi All
    My frige/freezer norw has on its screen EEPROM ERROR DM the display has gone apart from the error code.I presume its going to be a service call unless anyone can tell me waht it means.It might just be in warranty if i can find my reciept,but any any advise would help.

    Hi Tally
    Definately a service call as the eprom has failed, Basically the chip that stores all its duties has been corrupted in some way.

    Hi Greg

    Yes service call was needed.Operating module which incorporates the LCD screen was faulty £175 plus call out plus vat
