ParticipantHey there, does anyone know how to get the ice maker working on thsi thing? its connected to the water supply but so far no ice? does this ned to be connected to the water supply in a different way?

Hi there, no i bought it second hand and yes its got the water working fine, i dont know if it needs to be connected seperatly from the water or even if i am meant to put water in any part, like an ice tray, and im not even blonde lol

Its been running for about 2 weeks now but the water part has only just been connected today, about 4 hours ago

Hi
No its one water feed but seperate valves for water and ice making.
There is so many factors involved in why you aren’t getting ice and IMHO you would be far better getting pro help rather than DIY as it can become costly.

can u tell me is this icemaker with leds our just a metal armwhere are the arms positioned on the ice maker it only fills at 12 a clock position for 8 sec
please give me 12 nc code starting with 8686 … …..

Hi Cookerman, Its a 858615215010, my partner was saying that it could be a frozen pipe as its been running for about two weeks before we connescted the water supply, is this possible? cheers for all your help

Hi
It could be, the quickest way (not the method we use but ok for you) would be to un couple the pipe at the rear going up the external back of the machine and blow down the end that goes into the top of the machine. If you feel no restriction and you may hear the air coming out of the tube feeding ice maker; then the pipe is obviously clear and you will need to look elswhere 😉Greg
