I’ve just had some berk on the phone (plummy voice knows it all).
” I’ve got a 14 month old Servis W.D 😉 and its on service contract, an engineer has just been out and quoted £600 to get it repaired says the motor, loom and board have burnt out. Is that normal”
Now after stating the obvious, I was wondering where he was going with this, had they declined a repair or what? He asked me if I would charge him to come out and give a second opinion 😉 .
After listening to the ‘I’ve been on their website and checked their price’s :rolls: he mentioned that they had offered to replace the machine.
” Surely that isn’t environmentally friendly to get rid of a 14 month old machine” then went on to say they’d give him a different make to boot.
I just told him I’d bite their hand off in this case, he got uppity and ended the call.
Enviro bl**dy mental or what :rotfl:
