I don’t do many cooker hoods so I could not recognise a particular make by looking at it. This is a stainless steel hood with no markings visible. I need to price up a new motor. The motor/fan assembly appears to have its spindle horizontal rather than vertical and bears the following markings:
    TWMC9X/S
    270W
    TP1K2HP
    19PC2305
It was supplied 3 years ago by B&Q as part of a fitted kitchen. They say it could be Whirlpool but don’t keep records that far back.
    Any ideas?

This is a Neb Italian designer hood, part number 00sp0627000, comes also with the switches. This is in stock at Masterpart £54.99 + vat.

Thanks Andy. Manufacturer also seems to be called Tecnowind, sounds like something out of Wallace & Gromit 😆

Well, I fitted the new assembly yesterday and it turned out to be a nightmare job. If I had just opened up the cover on the end of the fan housing I would have found the cables to the push buttons and light transformer are on plug in edge connectors. As it was, I installed the whole assembly as it came, complete with new control unit and a transformer wire that was too short to reach if routed correctly. The control unit is also a pig to get in and out 👿
The other thing I noticed is that there is no provision for an earth wire, just 2 core cable to the fused spur 😯
