I hope it’s just not me, but after 20 odd years in this trade i’m now getting these twinges, aches in the neck, which sometimes lead to nagging headaches 😡 . The doctor said that from the neck & up over the head we have lots of muscles, these get strianed & twisted from time to time, he says keep taking the pills, & try not to exert those muscles.
Thats all well him saying that but in our job we have to gawp in some non to easy places, even putting up a lite fitting is bl**dy annoying now 👿 I’m sure Plumbers must get the same neck pain. Anybody else get these symptons & anybody got some tips for relieving the pain!
Yes I know a trip to a Thai massage emporium might work for some, maybe me aswell 😛 😀 , but I’m trying to be practical here guys ❗
    cheers Chris.. 8)

I get beaten up by the chiropractor once every three months or so. Tax deductible too!

Not many older men in our line of work, that’s because there all knackered by about the age of 55 from joint problems, dodgy knees, bad backs and shoulders, neck pain etc. You are not alone. 😉

It’s the knees with me. They feel constantly bruised. Even when I stopped physically doing repairs for over a year they still felt bruised if I knealt on them. I doubt there’s a job in the world that doesn’t cause pain somewhere if done long enough. I wonder what long serving prostitutes suffer from?

Arthritis in me hand flares up every time I do a zanussi door boot.
With or without the kitchen roll, clamp, bits of wood etc.
