    Having a bit of a problem starting the cycle, have checked the door switch and delay selector switch but the machine just wont start. When pressing the cycle start button it gives off its normal beep, then the drain pump runs for a split second then it just does nothing. I have checked the anti-flood device and that is ok. Any ideas ?? My hands are going wrinkly washing up by hand !!

    Hi Simon,
    With the appliance unplugged :plug: ,you may want to check the dispenser solenoid for failure.
    If you should require the dispenser unit then an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get you sorted.

    hi greg, thanks for the advice, last place i would have looked for the fault !! having worked on commercial dishwashers for the last 23 years, i’ve never had to replace a detergent solenoid to cure that fault. many thanks again, simon
