🙁 I am continually getting ice in bottom of my freezer which is a Zanusi frost free fridge freezer, then after a while it leaks through the door on to the floor ( the last time it did it during the night and ruined our new laminate floor!) I am constantly putting a tea towel in the bottom to soak up most of it. Is there an easier solution?
This has happened since the first year just after the guarantee ran out!

Hi, I’m not an expert but we had a similar problem with our fridge. Turns out there is a little hole at the back which water should drain through and this was blocked. I cleared it with a straw and problem gone.
This is obviously not professional advice so follow with care!!
