    hi guys,
went out to machine a couple of weeks ago, pump gone, replaced OK no worries.
    Re-call today, machine completely dead.
module edge connector burned out (type 2 mod,LB2000).also resistors R13/16/17/18 burned out.
insulation test on motor and element OK.
just a little bit worried that if i put a new mod on it will blow it again, it looks like there has been a leak at some point on the machine, nothing obvious but there seems to be water marks on the wiring loom at the bottom.
is it common for the mods to go or is it usually something causing it?
    thanks.

    Hi John

If there are signs of leakage i would not replace until you are certain that there is no leak onto the module. When you get blown tracks and/or componants it is usually from a peripheral componant that has gone belly up OR water leakage onto the module.

Which edge connector is burned out (CN_?) as this may provide a clue.

really hard to leak test when the machine is totally dead,no obvious signs.

    CNF connector.

These are the connections on CNF

    1 Pressure s/w
    2 Pump
    3 Pressure s/w
    4 Interlock
    5 Pump
    6 Heater (black)
    7 Interlock

(Note:- 5 & 6 are commoned on the module)

If its water damage then this is irrelevent but it might be helpful.

    Andy 😀
