    hi guys,

    CUSTOMER SAYS ALARM IS GOING OFF AND “CF” IS DISPLAYED IN LH DISPLAY.
    IT SEEMS RELATED TO THE ICE MACHINE BECAUSE IT GOES OFF FOR A WHILE WHEN THE ICE MACHINE IS TURNED OFF.
    ALSO SAID THAT OCCASIONALLY THEY GET A “GURGLING” SOUND FROM THE WATER DISPENSOR AND IT “SPURTS” AS IF THERE IS A AIR LOCK IN THE SYSTEM.
    CAN ANY ONE HELP?

    CF is a communication failure, normally front board from previous experience, but can be either board.
    The spurting water, often accompanied by a clicking/banging noise, is a problem with the rear board (normally).
    Depending on the serial number of the machine you may only need the rear board. If the machine is pre week 30 2003 (think that’s the date) you’ll need both boards.
