Have just bought a Matsui MCE 60TC Ceramic Hob from Currys . The hob has only clips that press againts the sides of the aperture in the work top, to fix, and a thin foam suround How should I seal this to the work top as it has no Metal suround to the glass ?? Who makes these hobs for Currys. The glass says Schott Ceran. More to the point, are they any good?? Thanks E

you need to stick the foam to the worktop around the hole you have cut out for the hob – DO NOT SILICONE IT!!!!
Not to sure about the model your dealing with, but normally the clips attatch to the hob so you can push the hob down, put cant pull it up.
careful when doing this because if your worktop is chipboard, it damages VERY easily! and getting it out with the clips on is difficult to, so be careful!!
